Thus, the process of accepting articles is as follows:
This is a process by which experts (as reviewers) evaluate scholarly the articles submitted to the journal. The objective is to ensure high quality published scientific results. However, peer reviewers do not make the final decision to accept or reject papers for publication. At most, they recommend a decision. The decision-making authority rests solely with The Journal editor and the journal’s editorial board. The Journal decision-making process includes as follow:
1. The article by the author in the journal system includes the authors' specifications, uploading the article based on the journal's request form and sending the registration form and meaningful conflict form.2. Announcing the opinion of the editor and members of the editorial board about the article and, if necessary, referring to the specialized editor.3. Returning the article to the author for some structural corrections (if needed).4. Sending the article to 2 expert referees in the subject area of the article with a deadline of 20 days.5. Examining the opinions of judges based on the evaluation form. At this stage, 4 modes are possible:A- If the article is rejected by 2 reviewers, the article will be removed from the journal review process and the author will be notified.B. In case of a request for general or partial revision of the article from the referees (at least 2 referees), the article will be sent to the authors for review and correction.C. If the referees do not perform the refereeing in the stipulated time, then the article will be sent to new referees again (the refereeing time should also be increased).D: If one reviewer rejects the article and another accepts it, the article is sent to the third reviewer. (As a result, the time to review the article also increases.
6. Resubmission of the corrected article by the authors along with the answer file to the referees' questions (maximum two weeks).
7. Sending the corrected article to the final referee to match the corrected version of the article with its flaws.
8. Presenting the final opinion of the referees regarding the acceptance or rejection of the article.
9. Approval of the arbitration process in the meeting of the editorial board of the publication.
10. If the article is rejected, the author will be notified, and if accepted, a certificate of acceptance will be sent to the author.
11. The waiting time for articles in the turn of printing depends on the number of approved articles.
***It should be noted that the average period of initial review of articles is 10 days and the average period of completion of the review process of articles in this publication is between 3 and 6 months.
**** In this scientific journal, after the article is accepted, the type of article is included on the first page of each article. It is worth noting that after the article is proposed in the editorial board meeting, the scientific rank of each article (research, promotion, review) is determined and announced to the author of the article.
