Different verses of the Holy Quran, have been revealed in the occasions of revelation (asbāb al-nuzūl); and each portion for specific "addressees"; Therefore, it is necessary to discover the meaning of the verses based on their occasions of revelation and considering different types of audiences. For this purpose, the present article studies the mechanism of addressing and signification in the Quran, using the approach of "applied semantics" and "linguistic signification". Therefore, to understand a portion of revelation, it is worth considering factors such as the "speaker" and the "orator" of the Quran, and its "audiences"; also observing the role of "specific" and "general" addresses. The present article shows that: 1. the verses of the Quran have different levels of meaning and, 2. the audiences of it include different types; In other words, each portion of the Quran has been created based on the understanding of its audiences. Therefore, not everyone except the "true scholars of the Quran" can comprehend the exact meaning of all the verses of the Quran. Finally, it proves the necessity of referring to the "scholars of the Quran" (the Holy Prophet and the Ahl al-Bayt PBUT) for the specific and general audiences of the Quran.

In verses 30 to 33 of Q 38, the Holy Quran mentions the story of Solomon and the horses. The interpretation of these verses and the explanation of the semantic link between them, as well as the relationship between the actions of the story and the actor of the story, Solomon, have faced exegetes with challenges. In the current research, to explain this story and understand its central homiletical and didactic doctrine, intertextual reading on three levels has been carried out: Jewish religious texts (including the Old Testament, Mishnah, and Midrash), pre-Islamic poems, and the Qur'an. According to the findings of current research, the doctrine of monotheism has been emphasized in this story. Solomon, the hero of the story, seeing noble galloping horses that were considered a powerful weapon in ancient times, perceived the power of horses, for a short moment, to be independent of God's will and considered them to be effective by themselves. Considering horses as an independent source of power causes him to fall in love with them and consequently neglects the remembrance of God.According to the results of this research, Solomon's action to free his soul from this preoccupation is giving away his beloved property, horses.

The story of Ibrahim (pbuh) is one of the stories of the Qur'an which is narrated in many Meccan and Medinan suras.Since Abraham (pbuh) is the founder of monotheistic religions and the ancestor of monotheists, her character in the Holy Quran and the Holy Book has been the focus of many researchers. The basis of the current research is the comparison of the Meccan and Medinanversions of the Holy Quran's account of the story of Abraham (pbuh) and her family. The result of this comparison is that some aspects of this story are specific to Meccan surahs and some to Medinan surahs. Some are also common between these two groups of surahs and there is only a difference in their content. The difference between the developments of the Meccan and Medinan surahs in most cases is connected with the atmosphere of revelation of these two groups of surahs and the atmosphere governing the two cities of Mecca and Medina. Of course, the role of the audience cannot be denied either.
